You can add up to 10 birthdays for free. With the one-time purchase of Birthdays+ you can remove this restriction. With Birthdays+ you can add up to 2000 birthdays.

Restore Birthdays+
Birthdays+ can be transferred to other supported devices to which you are logged in with your Apple ID using the Restore Purchase feature of the app. Birthdays+ is not transferable between different Apple IDs.
Family Sharing
Apple's Family Sharing is no longer supported for technical reasons. If you purchased Birthdays+ prior to app version 4.5, Birthdays+ can still be shared through Apple's Family Sharing.
